olle77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start from Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly in most cases.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. olle77 reserves the right to void transactions and return funds if we suspect third-party funding or money laundering activity.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Processing times vary:

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. olle77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding bonus terms, olle77's decision shall be final.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. olle77 is not responsible for errors made by you when placing bets.
olle77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or rule violations. Maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by game type, sport, and market.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. For sports betting, olle77 uses official league or federation results. Settlement times vary by event but typically occur within 24 hours of the event conclusion. In cases of disputes, olle77's decision regarding settlement shall be final.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: obvious technical errors in odds or markets, abandoned or postponed events (unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules), cancelled events, or matches where match-fixing or other integrity concerns are suspected. Voided bets will be refunded at stake value.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olle77 Platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.
olle77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false information, bonus abuse, underage gambling, multiple account creation, technical exploitation, or suspicious transaction patterns.
During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. If your Account is permanently terminated for rule violations, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to olle77.
You may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets must be settled and any bonus wagering requirements completed or forfeited before closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olle77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
olle77's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. olle77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which olle77 is licensed to operate. Where conflicts arise with Indonesian law, users acknowledge that olle77 operates as an offshore platform and agree to be bound by these international terms.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting olle77 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and quickly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which olle77 is licensed. The language of arbitration shall be English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
